Hi everyone! Thank you for being such a meaningful part of my life. For my birthday on May 27th, I wanted to do something a little different and ask that, in lieu of gifts, you consider supporting a cause that means a great deal to me.
Some of you may know that I serve on the Emerging Leaders Board for Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program (BHCHP), an organization that provides healthcare, recovery services, and supportive care to individuals experiencing homelessness across Boston. At a time when many nonprofits are facing increasing strain and funding uncertainty, every contribution truly makes a difference.
If you’re able, it would mean the world to me if you considered donating as part of my birthday fundraiser.
For perspective:
• $5 can help provide essential hygiene and care supplies
• $10 can help support meals and basic necessities for patients
• $20 can help support outreach and healthcare services for vulnerable individuals
• $50 can help contribute toward comprehensive care for patients experiencing homelessness
More than anything, thank you for being such a positive force in my life and for helping support a community that deserves compassion, dignity, and care ❤️.
Sincerely,
Rahul
Donors make it possible for us to provide lifesaving, life-changing health care to 11,000 people experiencing homelessness in Boston every year. The limitations to health insurance coverage are very real and our patients present with tremendous needs. Every gift makes an impact.
