Paving the Way Forward: Our Corporate Partners
Our corporate partners are instrumental to our success. We work carefully with each and every one of them to find the right relationship: creative, inspiring, and mutually beneficial ways for companies and their employees to support our mission and achieve a sense of fulfillment from doing good in the community.
There are many ways to partner; however, financial contributions are the most direct way you can make a positive impact. Gifts of any size allow us to provide life-saving care more than 10,000 individuals and families every year.
Corporate Donations and Grants
Financial contributions are the most direct way to make a positive impact. Cash donations and grants of any size go a long way to further BHCHP’s work caring for more than 10,000 individuals and families every year.
While unrestricted giving allows us the most flexibility to meet the needs of our patients, we have several giving priorities in need of funding which include services for families experiencing homelessness, addiction treatment services, dental clinic support, behavioral health services case management services, and patient supplies. We will work with you to find the best fit for your giving needs and will provide you with updates about how your contribution makes a positive difference in the lives of our patients and families.
You may make a contribution online here, or contact Colleen Eagan, Director of Corporate & Foundation Relations, at ceagan@bhchp.org or 857-654-1047 for more information.
In-Kind Donation Drives
Our patients face the unjust challenges of life in shelters, on the streets, and in temporary housing, while struggling to maintain their health. Among these challenges is acquiring basic necessities. We welcome the help of companies, faith-based groups, schools, colleges and individuals to organize donation drives to help meet the need for these seemingly small, practical items.
Items gathered in these drives can have a tremendous impact. Distributed by our doctors, nurses, and case managers, they not only improve the quality of care we deliver, but also help us develop and maintain the trusting relationships that are such an essential part of our work.
We are grateful for your interest in hosting a donation drive to support our patients. If you are an individual or community group, please contact Alyssa Brassil, Director of the Annual Fund, at abrassil@bhchp.org to discuss your drive plans. If you are with a company and hoping to host a drive at your place of employment, please contact Edith Gregory, Corporate Relations Manager, at egregory@bhchp.org. We ask that you please reach out to Alyssa or Edith prior to starting your drive.
Sox for Socks
For people experiencing homelessness the need for new socks is critical. Spending hours on their feet as their primary mode of transportation, exposed to the extremes of weather, too often the people served by BHCHP face severe infections and avoidable health complications.
To inspire donation drives that will provide patients with new, white socks and the gift of comfort and dignity, the Boston Red Sox is the lead sponsor of BHCHP’s sock drive each year. Dennis and Jennifer Eckersley, David and Tiffany Ortiz, Jackie Bradley, Jr. and Erin Bradley, NESN, and Gentle Giant have championed this campaign over the years, helping to collect thousands of pairs of new white socks to be given to the people BHCHP serves.

Employee Giving Programs
BHCHP is available as a giving option through employee donations and matching gifts programs. We can provide promotional materials, speakers, and program tours to employees interested in our work. Please ask your Human Resources office if your company provides Employee Giving or Matching Gift options. Many workplaces offer these easy ways to give. In addition, many workplaces offer employee designated grants where you can elect BHCHP to receive a grant.
Corporate-sponsored fundraising activities are team-building opportunities that also support BHCHP. We welcome your ideas on ways to support our program; please reach out to Edith Gregory at egregory@bhchp.org to discuss.
For companies participating in United Way campaigns, BHCHP may be designated as your charity of choice.
Volunteer
Throughout the year, BHCHP offers opportunities for corporate groups to engage in service activities to support the needs of the people we serve. If you are interested in coordinating a corporate volunteer opportunity, please contact Edith Gregory at egregory@bhchp.org.

Sponsor Our Medicine That Matters Gala
BHCHP’s annual Medicine That Matters Gala is our program’s single largest fundraising event and makes BHCHP’s lifesaving work possible. In addition to raising critically needed revenue to sustain and expand its services, the Medicine That Matters Gala raises awareness of the challenges that individuals and families experiencing homelessness face and the vital role that BHCHP plays in alleviating them. Each year, BHCHP’s gala joins over 500 individuals from various industries in Boston’s vibrant business community toward a common cause of improving the lives and health of our most vulnerable neighbors. We invite you to learn more about corporate sponsorship opportunities for this pinnacle event by contacting Colleen Eagan at ceagan@bhchp.org or Edith Gregory at egregory@bhchp.org.
Sponsor Our Emerging Leaders Board
BHCHP’s Emerging Leaders Board (ELB) is a group of young professionals interested in raising awareness and funds for BHCHP and networking and socializing with other socially conscious peers. The ELB hosts a number of events each year that have sponsorship opportunities. Some benefits of being an Emerging Leaders event sponsor include:
- Sending a representative from your company to the event with an invitation to address the group
- Signage and recognition at the event, on social media and in emails
- Company logo and name on the invitation
- Complementary tickets
In addition, we invite all companies to nominate an Emerging Leader. Is there an employee who is a rising star, who is committed to helping others and is interested in networking with other young professionals? Nominate them to be a Board Member. Learn more here.
Sharing Our Story
Raising awareness about our work is crucial to our future. We’d love to contribute story ideas for your organization’s newsletter or website, arrange for a speaker to address your company, or arrange a tour for a group of your employees.
To discuss getting your company involved with BHCHP through any of these methods or other creative suggestions, please contact Edith Gregory, Corporate Relations Manager, at egregory@bhchp.org or Colleen Eagan, Director of Foundation and Corporate Relations, at ceagan@bhchp.org.
