Woburn resident speaks at ‘Medicine that Matters’ gala
WOBURN — Lindsay Morrissey, of Woburn, spoke at the “Medicine that Matters” gala that was held on May 15 at the Boston Renaissance Waterfront Hotel.
The event was the largest to date for Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program; more than 650 guests attended, raising a record-breaking $1 million.
During the dinner, Morrissey, a BHCHP emerging leaders ambassador, introduced the gala’s video that featured her father. She spoke of the wonderful care he received through the Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program.
