- In extreme cold , if you notice someone who seems disoriented and exhibits extreme shivering, exhaustion, slurred speech or drowsiness, these could be signs of hypothermia. Please call 911.
- In winter weather conditions, if you see what may be a medical or safety emergency of any kind involving a homeless person, please call 911. Please be prepared to provide detailed information about the situation and location to emergency first responders from Boston EMS or the Boston Police Departments.
