Paige Sinsebox, MPH is a Population Health Coordinator at Boston Health Care for the Homeless. In her role, she conducts outreach to patients overdue for chronic disease screenings and routine management, facilitates case conferences with care teams, and manages a hypertension remote patient monitoring program. She graduated from the University at Buffalo with a combined Bachelors of Science and Master of Public Health in 2021.
