Melanie W. Racine
Director of Special Projects
Melanie W. Racine (she/her) is Director of Special Projects. A native of New Bedford, Mass., Melanie supports BHCHP’s teams and initiatives with project planning and management, analysis, and strategic communications. She was previously a Presidential Management Fellow with the US Department of Housing and Urban Development in Washington, DC, within HUD’s Office of Strategic Planning and Management and its Office of HIV/AIDS Housing. She is a student in the Doctor of Public Health program at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She earned a Master of Public Health degree from Emory University, with a concentration in behavioral sciences, and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Human Biology from Brown University.
