Working Together for Change
BHCHP offers a variety of opportunities for groups looking to make a collective impact on the care of our patients while building team unity at the same time. Community, faith-based, or college groups can share their time with our patients through our recreational activities or help with other projects, as needed.
This level of support has a lasting impact on our patients and staff and our volunteer groups often tell us that it has an enduring impact on them as well.
Weekday group volunteer opportunities can be arranged by contacting Allison Seitz, Manager of Volunteers & Service Programs, at [email protected].
Saturday group opportunities can be arranged by contacting Walter Edstrom, Barbara McInnis House Patient Activites Coordinator, at [email protected].
Please note that to volunteer with BHCHP, groups must have a minimum of 4 or a maximum of 12 volunteers per shift. Volunteers must be over the age of 18.
