Patricia Holliday
Chief Equity & Inclusion Officer
Patricia Holliday is a skilled leader knowledgeable in all aspects of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) particularly from the human capital lens. Over the last 18 years, she has supported and guided executives and program leaders with DEI strategic and operational matters.
Prior to joining BHCHP, Ms. Holliday supported the health and human services sector as a human resources and talent management executive and held leadership roles within public education for both profit and non-profit organizations at the local, national and global level. She is committed to equity, social justice and fostering an inclusive climate that embraces belonging in the work culture developed through strong DEI practice as the guiding principles.
Ms. Holliday is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island and holds a Certificate of Business and Social Work from the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business Executive Leadership and a Certificate of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion from Cornell University.
She serves as a member of the board of directors of Diversity and Inclusion Professionals (DAIP) and Child & Family Services.
