Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program (BHCHP) is looking for a Senior Administrative Associate to provide dynamic administrative support for the BHCHP clinical leadership. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 

In this role you will provide administrative support to several committees and subcommittees ensuring proper documentation of meetings, follow through of committee work, maintaining meeting minutes, and preparation for meetings; maintaining the Operations/Clinical Policies and Procedures Manual -- updating as needed and ensuring annual review by appropriate staff. You will also organize the calendar for Clinical Leadership and assist Clinical Leadership in managing and prioritizing work load. Additional responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, medical staff schedule management, scheduling and preparing for both internal and external meetings, managing correspondence and ensuring telephones are answered and calls are responded to professionally and appropriately.

Qualifications and Requirements: 

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• 3 years of office administration experience and BA or
• 7 years of office administration experience and High School diploma or GED
• Must be able to work positively with diverse group of people
