Morgan Ward is the Equity and Inclusion Partner with The Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program. In her current role she assists the Chief Equity and Inclusion Officer with research, development, and delivery of Equity and Inclusion (E&I) education at all levels of the organization. In addition, Morgan collaborates with staff to coordinate resources and support their work to create an inclusive Collaborate with staff to coordinate events and provide resources that ensure equity and inclusion efforts are centered for a more inclusive, supportive work environment. Prior to her current role, Morgan served as the BHCHP AmeriCorps Program director and BHCHP Fellow with the Office Based Addition and Treatment department as a Care Coordinator.
Morgan graduated from Simmons College in 2016 with a Bachelor’s in Science, majoring in Public Health. For fun, Morgan likes to cook, spend time with family and friends and listen to podcasts.
